1. General

1.1 What is Wewinbazaar?

Wewin Bazaar is a part of Maharaja Industries , which enables you to order Soaps & Detergents, Grocery, Food & Beverages, Beauty & Personal care products, Baby Care products that you need every day, directly via your Mobile App or Website.

1.2 Which cities and locations do you operate in?

You have the option of choosing from over 500 products across various categories such as Soaps & Detergents, Grocery, Food & Beverages, Beauty & Personal care products, Baby Care products and much more.

1.3 Which cities and locations do you operate in?

Wewinbazaar currently operates in Davangere.

1.4 Do you deliver in my location?

We deliver in selected cities we are present in.

1.5 Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order value. However, to qualify for free delivery you have to order minimum Rs 500. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be applicable.

1.6 Do you charge any amount in excess to the rates shown?

No, we do not charge anything extra. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value per store does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.

1.7 How to track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order in My Orders.

1.8 Can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel and repeat the order.

2. Payments/Refund related queries

2.1 How to make payments at Wewinbazaar?

Wewin accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, Cash on Delivery, Cash and Collect.

2.2 When will I get my cashback?

If your transaction is eligible for a cashback, you will receive it within 6 to 12 hours of delivery, in your Wallet.

2.3 How can I review my receipt?

We handover the receipt from the merchant to you at the time of delivery. Also, you can look at your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab.

3. Cancellation & Returns

3.1 How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order via the app or web before it is dispatched to your home. This option is available in “My Orders” -> “View Details” , “Cancel Order”. Please note: Customer can cancel the order before the products are “Out of Delivery”

3.2 How to return the products?

If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, You can return the products at the time of delivery and we will get the refund initiated for you.

3.3 How to reschedule my order?

You can do this in “My Orders” section.

4. Placing an order

4.1 Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop?

Yes. All transactions are completed via secure payment gateways (PayU) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

4.2 How to schedule an order to my convenience?

In checkout page, you can select a delivery slot of your choice. You can also reschedule your order in “My orders” section.

5. Delivery related queries

5.1 Do you charge for delivery?

No. However the minimum charges and the delivery charges are mentioned on the app and web at the checkout page.

5.2 What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

On rare occasionsyour order might be delayed. In case of delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.
